Special Orders Defined

Any Six3Tile product that varies from our standard tile panel patterns or color offering is considered a special-order item.

Special Order Minimum Requirements

Non-standard color selection - requires a minimum order of 25 Backsplash or Shower & Tub Surround Pro Kits.

Custom tile pattern - requires a minimum order of 100 Backsplash or Shower & Tub Surround Pro Kits.

Special Order Lead Time and Cost

Each special order is treated individually, and the lead time and cost can vary based on several factors.

Cost:

1. A non-stock color selection meeting the minimum order quantity levels is free of charge.
2. A custom-designed tile pattern may have an initial setup charge to cover the design work and machinery changes in manufacturing or have an increased kit cost depending on the length of production time for the custom-designed tile.
3. Six3Tile will provide a written quote for each special order quote request up front.

Requests for Special Order Tile Pattern Samples

We will begin this process by developing digital samples of the requested tile design and color. Once a final tile pattern is selected, we will design and manufacture a physical sample of the tile pattern.

Special Orders are Non-cancelable and Ineligible for Returned Goods Authorization

We will acknowledge and confirm receipt when Six3Tile receives a customer's Purchase Order for a special order. Six3Tile will also contact the customer via email to verify the color, pattern, finish, and quantities requested on the PO. After this point, the special order goes into production and cannot be canceled. If a customer cancels an order after we confirm it, you will be financially responsible for payment of the special order.
